Most of those transactions occurred in the $2.1M to $2.5M range, with the others being fairly evenly spread across the $1.8M - $2M, $2.6M - $3M and $3 M and above ranges. The 1 bedroom units at The Scotts Tower started at an average price of $1.9M, with the highest transaction thus far being at around the $5M mark for a 3 bed property.
