Marine Blue

Located in one of the liveliest and energetic areas of Singapore, on Marine Parade Road in District 15, Marine Blue is a high end luxury residential development. Its 120 apartments range from 1 + 1 balcony or terrace units to 2 bed with balcony or terrace units plus 4 penthouses. There is no shortage of places to eat and drink within very easy walking distance of the development, and the plentiful buses in the immediate area are there if you don’t fancy the walk or you want to venture further. The forthcoming Marine Parade MRT will be located opposite Marine Blue. It is a more expensive option than many of the other condos nearby but it can almost certainly justify the difference.

Marine Blue is developed by Lady Hill Pte Ltd and is a subsidiary of CapitaLand Residential Ltd, which is one of Asia’s largest real estate companies. CapitaLand Residential’s signature developments in Singapore include d’Leedon, Sky Habitat, The Interlace as well as commercial buildings like Capital Tower and CapitaGreen.

Marine Blue – Unique Selling Points

Marine Blue is located in one of the most impressive locations on the island. Termed as the perfect mix of old and new, east and west, that part of District 15 has a lot to offer in terms of a vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops. When the MRT opens just opposite, it would be hard to find a more suitable place to live. Marine Blue is also a very high end, luxurious development, with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The upper units come with a beach view.

Marine Blue – Accessibility

Marine Blue will be opposite the entrance to Marine Parade MRT Station when that comes online. That will be the final piece in the development’s jigsaw when it comes to connectivity. It is a short walk onto Parkway Parade, and there are dozens of good places to eat and drink in the vicinity. There are further options all along the East Coast with the many buses in the area able to get you there or further afield. The ECP is a minute’s drive from Marine Blue.
