Meyer House brings together three internationally renowned masters of their craft — celebrated local architect in al firm Woha architectsCTS, landscape architects Ramboll studio Dreiseitl founded in Germany, and interior designers Yabu Pushelberg from Canada — who share an instinct for creating spaces that embrace the natural environment and push the boundaries of design and innovation.
Meyer House完美解读了本土的自然人居理念，郁郁葱葱的花园景观从公区延伸至附近的活氧公园，让生活徜徉于大自然之中。其建筑波浪形的立面与WOHA经典作品“皮克林宾乐雅酒店”不谋而合。为了实现整体的统一，Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl在景观的营造中，加入花园、流水庭院、连绵起伏的丘陵等多重自然元素。
Meyer House perfectly interprets the local concept of natural habitat.The lush garden landscape extends from the public area to the nearby active oxygen park.The wavy façade of the building coincides with Woha's classic "Parkroyal Hotel".In order to achieve overall unity,Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl adds multiple natural elements such as gardens, flowing courtyards and rolling hills to the construction of the landscape.
在WOHA的建筑方案中，Meyer House将是新加坡第一个为每一户居民设计私人专属直达电梯的建筑方案，极大得保障了居民的私人属性，体验感极为加分。所有住宅都可以通过地下的私人车道、停车场和大厅单独进入。这些住宅中的每一个都有直接的“私人”电梯通道通往它们的高层单元，这给业主留下了独一无二的印象，从他们把车停在底层的私人停车场的那一刻起，他们就有了回家的体验。
Among Woha ’s architectural plans, Meyer House will be the first in Singapore to design a private and exclusive direct elevator for each household, which greatly protects the private attributes of the residents and provides a great sense of experience.All residences are individually accessed via a private driveway, carpark and lobby on the lower ground. Each of these residences have direct ‘personal’ lift access to their upper level units that extend the impression of exclusivity for owners where their home arrival experience begins the minute they park their vehicles on private strata lots on the lower ground. The driveways are naturally lit and open out to the water courtyards.

Meyer House共设有三卧、四卧、Penhouse共三种户型，其中四卧被设定为畅销户型，其与Penhouse都拥有专属停车位。
Meyer House has three types of apartments, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and Penhouse, of which four-bedroom is set as the best-selling type, has the largest number. Both it and Penhouse have exclusive parking spaces.

Could you first introduce the design concept of Meyer House?In the design of the Meyer House project, what is your source of inspiration?
Meyerhouse是一个新项目，位于新加坡东部共56个单位组成。占地面积1公顷，毗邻住宅区中一个美丽的公园，三面被独家住宅区所环绕，南部则是高层公寓楼。该项目的概念是从一个开发式的绿色公园出发，通过这个地块产生强烈的需求。该设计可以描述为从法国老城堡与英式花园的曲折延伸的现代主义。
Meyerhouse is a new project that consists of 56 units in the East of Singapore. It sits on a 1-hectare plot next to a beautiful public park within a landed housing zone, surrounded by an exclusive housing estate on 3 sides and overlooked by high-rise condominiums to the south.The concept of the project evolved around the desire to leverage on long views across the site towards an open green park. The design can be described as a contemporary, sustainable twist to the splendour of the old French chateaus and English gardens.

新加坡土地稀缺，该项目是一种创新型住房形式，将家的感觉和舒适性与私人公寓中的设施相结合。该设计利用了场地旁天然森林公园。我们将花园中住宅体验融入其中，每个住宅都有自己的进入体验，从私人停车场到个人大堂和直通家的电梯。
The project is an innovative housing typology in land-scarce Singapore that combines the feel and comfort of landed homes with the amenities found in private condominiums. The design leverages on the low-rise nature of the surrounding developments and embraces the natural forested park next to the site.We are incorporating the experience of a landed home within a garden where each residence has their own personal arrival experience from their private carparks, to individual lobbies and personal lift direct to their elevated homes.

In your mind, what kind of lifestyle does Meyer House represent? Can you describe us with a few keywords?
我们认为，这个项目特别适合一些老年房主，他们有自己的私产能够享受生活方式，还能够适应便利的开发设施。设计遵循几个关键标准：高度隐私的大房子、直接进入有私人停车场的住宅、布局要有良好的通风和采光、适合热带生活的大型室外房间、宽敞的花园和便利设施、设施更大更好的公共生活。
We think this project is particularly suited to aging homeowners who may wish to right-size to developments that are high on amenities while preserving the privacy and lifestyles from their previous landed homes.The design is guided by a few key criteria:Large homes with a high degree of privacy、Direct access to homes with private carparks、Lay-out for good cross-ventilation and daylighting、Large outdoor rooms suited for tropical living、Generous gardens and amenities、Communal living with bigger and better facilities.
